Laminated filter

Principle: Thin and specific plastic laminates are engraved with a large number of micron-sized grooves on both sides, and a series of the same pattern of laminations are placed on the specially designed inner support by spring and liquid pressure, between the laminations The grooves intersect to form a series of filter units of about 100 microns. During filtration, water passes through the lamination from the outside, and the filter lamination is tightly pressed together by the hydraulic forces of the spring, and the foreign particles are trapped at the intersection of the laminations, and the filtered water flows out of the filter. Backwashing state, when a certain pressure difference or time is reached, the system performs a flush controller to control the valve to change the direction of water flow, so that the impurities on the lamination are flushed out

Disadvantages: Impurity flushing is not complete, filtration accuracy is uneven, and there is no drain port

Shun-type filter

Principle: Most use 50-100um stainless steel strainer, through the pressure water of tap water from the inner wall of the pipe to the outer wall, such as sediment, rust, red insects and other impurities are trapped by the membrane hole, open the flush valve to fill the stainless steel membrane The trapped impurities are washed away by water and the filter is flushed.

Disadvantages: If the water quality is poor, or the consumer's habit is not good, the filter element is easy to be blocked, not only the small impurities can not be washed out, but the filter element is embedded deeper and tighter, which is easy to become secondary pollution. Open the housing and take the filter out and brush it with a toothbrush.

Siphon filter

Principle: The siphon type pre-filter adopts an external pressure type, which penetrates from the outer wall of the pipe to the inside through the pressure of tap water. The particulate impurities such as sediment, rust and red worm are trapped on the surface by the membrane hole, and the flushing switch water flow is opened. A negative pressure is formed around the filter element, and the built-in water distributor can remove the dirt impurities trapped on the filter screen very effectively. The impurities trapped on the surface of the membrane are washed away by the water in the inner tube of the rain raft, compared with the previous two models. Front, it is much better in the flushing effect.

Disadvantages: The product structure is complex and the washing is not thorough. If the water quality is relatively poor, some impurities are embedded deeper in the filter element, and the final filter element is blocked, causing secondary pollution. Once blocked, it is very difficult to maintain, most of the production. Siphonic products have a filtration accuracy of more than 50 microns.

Backwash filter

Principle: When the filter needs to flush the retentate, the water flow is reversed manually or automatically by adjusting the filter's own reversing multi-way valve, so that the raw water flow flows from the clean water side of the filter (core) to the raw water. Side, to achieve the purpose of recoil. The common working condition of the common backwash pre-filter is “internal pressure type” (because this structure makes it easier to design the multi-way valve), the pressure of the tap water penetrates from the inner wall of the filter (core) to the outer wall, and the mud Particles such as sand and rust are trapped in the tube, and the impurities trapped by the filter are flushed away by the water. If the water quality is poor, the consumer does not rinse for a long time, and the filter hole is not worried. Through the backwash function, an "external pressure type" is formed at this time, and the impurities (which are not flushed) embedded in the filter mesh hole are washed away by the water. The backwashing pre-filter has a technically improved step by step. The flushing design is reasonable, “positive punching and recoiling as desired”, and the impurities are completely washed out to prevent secondary pollution caused by the accumulation of impurities.
